The use of electromobility has increased significantly in recent years, as it is an important step towards climate neutrality and helps to reduce CO2 emissions. At ROCKETHOME, it is an integral part of the climate-neutral energy infrastructure in real estate projects. The concept is sustainable and energy-efficient and saves costs in the long term. How can charging stations be implemented, how are they financed and are they even worthwhile? We answer these questions here:
Sustainable and energy-efficient concepts
Future-proof real estate
Comprehensive advice and planning

Although e-mobility is currently still associated with comparatively high costs, there are a number of funding opportunities that make it easier to switch to e-mobility. KfW Bank, for example, offers funding of between €900 and €9,000. Federal states, cities and municipalities also have their own and supplementary funding programs that provide financial support for the development of charging infrastructure and are taken into account by us in your individual project.
Having your own charging infrastructure makes sense in the long term, as public charging stations are often occupied and more expensive. With your own charging station, you have access to fast and inexpensive charging at all times. Having your own charging infrastructure increases the comfort and attractiveness of your property and contributes to an increase in value.

Our digital ecosystem offers you: We offer customized complete solutions for electromobility - seamlessly integrated into tenant applications and managed in a holistic property management tool.
Control via app: Residents and employees can use our app to view the status of the charging process, start and stop it, and grant visitors access to their own charging station or wallbox.
Administration in the Property Manager: The IoT Property Manager can manage authorizations and assign charging stations to individual tenants. The Property Manager provides the manager with an overview of the most important information about the charging stations, such as energy quantities, charging times and early detection of error messages.

We use web beacons on our site or other sites and sometimes permit third parties to place them on our site to monitor the effectiveness of advertising or for other legitimate purposes. A web beacon is a small, graphic image on a webpage, web-based document or in an e-mail message that is designed to allow the site owner or a third party to monitor who is visiting a site. Web beacons are often invisible to the user because they are typically very small (only 1-by-1 pixel) and the same color as the background of the webpage, document, or e-mail message. Web beacons are represented as HTML IMG tags in the webpage; users can click on "view profiles" of the webpage to see whether the page is using a web beacon.
