ROCKETHOME offers your Home Control system a new home and many perspectives. Many devolo Home Control devices can be easily integrated into our system. You can either use the exchange service to transfer your devices directly to the new system without any effort, or buy a ROCKETHOME gateway yourself for €399. Please note: If you buy a gateway, you will have to learn your devices yourself from time to time in order to be able to use them again. The switching service saves you these steps.

Option 1:

You don't have to do much for the simple change. We will take care of most of it for you. Take out the ROCKETHOME Digital subscription via the personalized link in your devolo mailing, receive a switch confirmation and start the switching process. You can then register in the ROCKETHOME Smart Home app and add your home control center (gateway). We will take care of the device integration for you. You only need to create your new rules.

What do I have to do if I want to switch to ROCKETHOME?
As soon as you have received the mailing from devolo informing you about the upcoming deactivation of the services, simply click on your personalized switching link "Start switching process now" to prepare the switch.

This personalized link will take you directly to our ROCKETHOME webshop and at the same time marks at devolo that you are eligible to switch to ROCKETHOME.

You can take out your Smart Living subscription quickly and easily in the store. Fill in the relevant fields with your Home Control center (gateway) serial number and your devolo account e-mail address. After successfully completing the subscription, you will receive three emails from us:
- The order confirmation.
- An email to activate your customer account for subscription management.
- A confirmation that your subscription is active.

A confirmation email that you can now switch follows a little later. We will first check once whether all the necessary information is available and prepare the switch. This can take one to three working days.

In the meantime, you can use your Home Control system as before.

As soon as the preparation is complete, you will receive an email from devolo with a link to start the switch process.

Please note: This process is expected to take 60 minutes. You can then register independently with ROCKETHOME and simply add your Home Control center (gateway) in the Smart Home area. To do this, use the e-mail address that you currently use for your devolo account and set a secure password. Please note: The login for the webshop is not also your account for the ROCKETHOME app. Please register again here.

Your supported devices will be available immediately after adding them.
What do I have to do if I have taken out a ROCKETHOME Digital subscription?
After successfully completing your subscription, you will first receive three emails from us:
- The order confirmation.
- An email to activate your customer account for subscription management.
- A confirmation that your subscription is active

The confirmation email that you can now switch follows a little later. We will first check once whether all the necessary information is available and prepare the switch. This may take a few days, depending on how busy it is, as only a limited number of users can be switched at any one time. Please don't let this confuse you - you will be informed by email as soon as you can start the switch.

In the meantime, you can continue to use your system as before. As soon as the preparation is complete, you will receive an e-mail from devolo with a link to start the switch process.

Please note: This process is expected to take 60 minutes. You can then register with ROCKETHOME independently and simply add your Home Control center (gateway) in the Smart Home area. To do this, use the e-mail address that you currently use for your devolo account and set a secure password.

After I have clicked on "Start change process now": When is the process complete? Will I receive an e-mail?
No, unfortunately you will not receive an e-mail. Once you have clicked on the "Start the switching process now" link in your email, the process will take 60 minutes. After that, you can register with ROCKETHOME on your own and simply add your home control center (gateway) in the Smart Home area. To do this, use the e-mail address that you currently use for your devolo account and set a secure password. Please note: The login for the webshop is not also your account for the ROCKETHOME app. Please register again here. Your supported devices will be available immediately after adding them.

However, if there is a problem with the change, you will be notified by email.

Please wait the full 60 minutes. Leave your Home Control center (gateway) plugged in during the entire process. You do not need to do anything. If, contrary to expectations, it is not possible to add the Home Control center (gateway) in the Smart Home app after one hour, please contact our support:

Which e-mail address should I use when registering with ROCKETHOME?
To register in the ROCKETHOME Smart Home app, please use the same e-mail address that you used for your devolo account. This way we can easily assign you to your Home Control center (gateway). Please note: The login for the webshop is not also your account for the ROCKETHOME app. Please register again here.

Set a secure password that you do not use anywhere.

You can also change your e-mail address later.
Where do I have to add my home control center (gateway) to ROCKETHOME?
To add your home control center (gateway) to ROCKETHOME after successfully switching, follow these steps:

- Download the ROCKETHOME Smart Home app to your smartphone: Here you can access the Apple App Store and here you can access the Google Play Store
- Register with your e-mail address that you also used for your devolo account at ROCKETHOME
- As soon as you are logged in, you can add your home control center (gateway) in the Smart Home section
I cannot add or use my home control center (gateway) in the ROCKETHOME Smart Home app, what do I have to do?
- Have you gone through all the steps correctly, as described in the question "What do I have to do if I want to switch to ROCKETHOME?"?
- Have you landed in our webshop via the link in the e-mail?
- Have you completed the Smart Home subscription?
- Have you started the switching process?
- Did you wait at least 60 minutes?

Why should I come to ROCKETHOME?
devolo is ending its services, but with ROCKETHOME you can seamlessly continue your smart home experience. We help you and offer not only a reliable platform to continue controlling your devices, but also a variety of additional smart living features. Discover new possibilities such as smart access, smart heating, balcony power plants, optimized charging of your electric vehicle, heat pumps and many other innovative solutions.

With our switching service, you have hardly any effort and can switch to ROCKEHOME with just a few clicks. You don't need a new central unit and can simply continue to use most devices in the new system. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to take over your scenes and rules.
What happens if I do not want to switch to ROCKETHOME?
If you decide not to switch to ROCKETHOME, you will no longer be able to use your Home Control app after the devolo shutdown. The devolo servers will be switched off, which means that it will no longer be possible to control and manage your smart devices. It will also no longer be possible to switch to ROCKETHOME at this point.

To maintain full functionality and control over your smart home, we strongly recommend switching to ROCKETHOME. With us, we not only offer a reliable platform, but also exciting expansion options for your smart living experience. Switching is easy and allows you to continue enjoying your smart devices without interruption.

You also have the option of switching to another smart home provider with your devices and buying a new central unit. devolo unfortunately cannot guarantee that all devices will work properly there. A replacement service is also not offered.
Device whitelist: Can I continue to use all products? 
Switching to ROCKETHOME allows you to continue using most of your existing smart home devices without restrictions. By switching to our system, your devices remain fully functional and you retain control of your smart home. In addition, ROCKETHOME even opens up new possibilities for expanding and optimizing your smart living experience.

No, you don't have to. This applies to the following devices:

Will my scenes and rules remain in the ROCKETHOME system?
Unfortunately not. When you switch to ROCKETHOME, your previous scenes and rules cannot be automatically transferred. However, we offer a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for you to set your favorite scenes and rules again. The ROCKETHOME Smart Home app helps you to quickly and conveniently restore the desired sequences and automations so that you can seamlessly resume your smart home experience.
How can I set new scenes and automations in ROCKETHOME? 
To set up new scenes and automations, simply open the ROCKETHOME Smart Home app and switch to the "Smart System" tab. Here you will find all the options to personalize your smart home according to your wishes via the + symbol. Create individual scenes, configure heating modes or set automations. Our user-friendly app allows you to control your smart home intuitively and make the settings you want. Let your system work automatically for you and experience the benefits of a customized smart living experience.
What new features are available at ROCKETHOME?
The range of new features at ROCKETHOME is diverse and extensive. In addition to innovative hardware devices such as Smart Heating, Smart Living, balcony power plants, Smart Access and modules to integrate SG-Ready heat pumps, we are currently working on offering software solutions that enable electric cars (green charging), heat pumps, inverters and charging stations to be connected via the cloud and integrated into our automations. What does "optimized charging of the electric vehicle" mean?
With your digital subscription, you can use one of our latest features in the ROCKETHOME Smart Home app: Optimized charging of the electric vehicle. With the pre-installed function, you can charge your electric car efficiently. Choose your vehicle from 300 models, log in via the manufacturer's cloud and use smart charging options. Find out more

How much does the subscription cost?
At ROCKETHOME we offer two attractive tariffs:
Annual subscription - 99 €/year Term: 12 months Total price: 99 € (one-time in advance)
Renewal: Automatically for an indefinite period, can be canceled at any time with 1 month's notice.

2-year subscription - only 79 €/year Term: 24 months Total price: 158 € (one-time in advance) Renewal: Automatically renewed indefinitely after 24 months, can be canceled monthly.

Payment: The subscription fee must be paid in advance. Payment is made directly when the subscription is taken out.

Cancellation: Ordinary termination is excluded during the initial term (12 or 24 months). After the minimum term has expired, the subscription can be canceled at any time with one month's notice.

Cancellation can be done conveniently by e-mail or via the customer account. Right of withdrawal: As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. If you want the service to start immediately, you must expressly agree that your right of withdrawal expires prematurely when the service starts.
Where can I download the ROCKETHOME Smart Home app?

Is support available if I need help with the change?
Of course, we will be at your side throughout the entire switching process. Our support team is ready to help you with any questions or uncertainties. Simply contact us via our support channel and we'll make sure your switch goes smoothly. After all, you want your smart home to be fully operational again as quickly as possible. I am having problems using the ROCKETHOME Smart Home app. Where can I find support?

What happens if I make use of my right of withdrawal after a successful switch?
Of course, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you took out the subscription.
If you make use of this right, the money will be refunded and the account will be blocked. However, you will no longer be able to use your system. It is also not possible to return to the old provider.
I have several Home Control panels (gateways). Can I change just one of these control panels?
No, you can switch several control panels to the new ROCKETHOME system. However, you must take out a digital subscription for each central unit. Enter the number of the different Home Control panels (gateways).
