Housing construction, climate change and setting the political course

On September 10 and 11, 2025, the VdW Association Conference in Aachen will be all about political change: What will the new federal government bring for residential construction? What impetus will be provided at federal and state level for new construction, existing buildings and the climate transformation? And what role will the upcoming local elections in NRW play in the development of neighborhoods?

These are issues that are also of central importance to ROCKETHOME - particularly with regard to digital, climate-friendly and socially oriented neighborhood solutions. The association conference offers an important platform for exchanging ideas and classifying current developments in housing policy.
