These are your tasks
- Active support in business development and sales: from identifying and approaching potential B2B customers to qualifying leads
- Carrying out market and competition analyses to identify new business opportunities and prepare strategic decisions
- Operational support in the quotation and sales process (preparation of presentations, quotations, pitches and maintenance of CRM data)
- Administrative support in day-to-day business, e.g. organizing appointments, document management, preparing meetings and coordinating internal processes
- Collaboration in go-to-market activities for new products and services in the area of sustainability & digitalization
- Work closely with Product Development, Marketing and Customer Success to validate and implement new business approaches
What you bring with you
- You are in the middle of your Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. economics, social sciences, engineering, sustainability management or similar)
- You are interested in digital business models, smart services, sustainability topics as well as sales and business development processes
- You work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner - and bring initiative, reliability and team spirit to the table
- Initial experience in business development, sales, consulting or administrative activities is a plus - but not a must!
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills desirable
