What is property management?

What is the difference between property management and facility management?
Property management refers to the strategic management of real estate, such as rental agreements, landlord-tenant communication and the optimization of real estate portfolios to increase value. Facility management, on the other hand, focuses on the operational management of a building, including maintenance, servicing and security services. While property management covers the economic aspects, facility management ensures smooth operation and user satisfaction.
What is the difference between property management and asset management?
Property management deals with the operational management of a property, such as tenant communication, maintenance and operational processes. Asset management, on the other hand, views the property as an asset and focuses on long-term value enhancement by making strategic decisions such as purchase, sale and refurbishment to optimize the entire property portfolio.
