These are your tasks
- Support project management in demanding and international customer projects in the areas of Smart Building, PropTech and Energy IoT.
- Support with project planning, requirements analysis, budgeting, resource, risk and change management.
- Receiving and processing inquiries via our ticket system, by e-mail or by telephone.
- Collaborate with the product development and quality management teams to improve the software and forward complex issues.
- Taking on special projects: For example, in the context of prototype development, business modeling or corporate development.
What you bring with you
- 15-20 hours per week for a working student job as part of your studies.
- An affinity for smart home/Internet of Things and technical understanding.
- Independent, organized way of working and strong team spirit.
- Confident appearance and strong communication skills.
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- Initial knowledge of common (multi-) project management tools.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of agile methods (SCRUM) and corresponding tools (Jira/Confluence) is an advantage.
