Optimized display, faster navigation and extended management options for more efficient property management.
There is good news for all users of our Property Manager. It was time to relaunch our property manager tool. In order to improve the performance and user experience of the ROCKETHOME Property Manager, we have not only updated its framework (substructure), but also added new functions. Here is an overview of the latest developments:
What is the property manager?
Alongside the app and the dashboard, the Property Manager is one of the three central applications of our product. As a central management tool, it forms the heart of all functions. Here, our B2B customers can efficiently manage buildings, residential units and people in different roles and assign specific functions. IoT modules can be applied specifically to individuals, access rights can be adjusted or withdrawn, and tenant changes can be implemented in just a few clicks. The Property Manager also offers comprehensive communication options for tenants and enables the targeted provision of app content, such as special offers and/or documents.
Optimized display and user:friendliness
Everything at a glance: Users get a clear overview thanks to newly designed detailed pages for buildings, residential units and people. The new tab structure allows quick access to information such as open inquiries, making it easier to keep track of relevant data.
- Improved navigation and filter options: An improved overview and new filter options make navigation easier.
- Adjustments to the menu ensure direct route guidance: Users can now jump directly to specific entities such as units or buildings.
- More buildings, more flexible management: The platform is ideal for housing companies with several buildings, as the management of several buildings has been simplified through clear structures.
Extended (personal) administration
Different roles, from admin to property manager, now benefit from flexible access rights. Functions, such as the assignment of app content, can be configured down to residential unit level, so that specific adjustments can be made depending on the role and requirements.
- People management: The management of tenants and building managers has been simplified. Changes to the workforce, such as relocations or changes of manager, can be implemented quickly and clearly.
- Allocation of app content: Admins now have the option of configuring and releasing app content specifically down to apartment unit level, which further improves personalization for users.
- Administration and support options: Administrators can be granted support access for 48 hours. With regard to gateways and smart home devices, support can help users to find and solve the problem.
- No more searching: find content faster and more specifically with the global search function.
Central management of locks and charging stations
Locks and charging stations can be controlled centrally, which simplifies management, especially for companies with large building portfolios. The targeted and needs-based provision of information speeds up work processes and ensures lean, centralized property management.
Conclusion: The numerous optimizations in navigation, access rights and central administration ensure a more efficient, user-friendly platform that makes the Property Manager a powerful tool for modern property management.
