👉 The Smart Home subscription costs €99 per year and includes numerous services such as new device integrations and regularly expanded app features.
Please note: After switching, you will no longer be able to return to devolo Home Control, as the system will be discontinued in the coming weeks.

Alternative option:
You can also purchase a new ROCKETHOME Smart Home Gateway (€399) and use it together with the annual subscription (€99). In this case, you can set up your existing devices yourself - the replacement service and your old devolo central unit are then no longer required. With the imminent shutdown of the Home Control Server by devolo GmbH on December 31, 2025, many users are wondering about the future of their smart home systems. As a leading provider for networked living and working, we at ROCKETHOME offer an innovative solution including a replacement service. Learn more

Seamless integration and modern technology

Thanks to the partnership between devolo and ROCKETHOME, users can continue to use their existing home control devices while switching to a modern, secure system. We offer all devolo customers a migration service to our versatile and secure platform.

The ROCKETHOME Smart Home app enables efficient heating control, the creation of scenes and automations as well as access to a constantly growing range of products. These include balcony power stations, charging solutions for electric vehicles and digital locking systems to open doors conveniently via app. Unfortunately, not all devices can be transferred to ROCKETHOME without exception. Two paths to the new system

There are two ways to switch to the new ROCKETHOME system:

1. Switching process with automatic transfer: Use our guided switching process. Your existing devices are automatically transferred to the new system - no manual training required. This service is included in the subscription and offers a particularly convenient changeover.
2. Independent entry with a new gateway: Alternatively, you can purchase a new ROCKETHOME Gateway + subscription yourself and manually teach in your existing devices. The gateway is available for 399 euros. This option is suitable for tech-savvy users who want to make the switch independently.

Simple conversion in just a few steps

The switching service to ROCKETHOME is uncomplicated:

1. Take out a ROCKETHOME Smart Home subscription (enter gateway number here). To the store
2. Receive the switch confirmation email after checking and click on the link to start the switch. It may take 3-14 working days to receive the switch confirmation, depending on capacity.
3. Start the switching process in the mail (can take up to 1 hour).
4. After successfully switching, download the ROCKETHOME Smart Home app. To the Google Play Store | To the Apple App Store
5. ‍Registerwith devolo mail in the app and add gateway.

Future-proof and flexible

By switching to ROCKETHOME, users gain access to an innovative infrastructure and can further expand and customize their smart home installation. Switching off the devolo Home Control Server thus becomes a springboard for new, future-oriented applications in your own home.
