With the digital access solution "easy" from WILKA, ROCKETHOME now also offers smart house or apartment access on its platform.
ROCKETHOME GmbH has been offering smart building solutions for the real estate industry throughout Europe since 2010. With its cloud-based platform "ROCKETHOME Estate", the Cologne-based company has created a digital experience for residents, owners, managers and service providers in recent years. Platform users can view, use and book their approved devices as well as a wide range of smart services and electromobility products, such as heating and lighting control, indoor climate optimization or charging activity. With the "easy" digital access solution from WILKA, ROCKETHOME now also offers smart access to houses and apartments on its platform. Access is no longer via a key, but via smartphones and other ID media such as transponder cards or key fobs. For the first time for the WILKA solution, access is managed via a shared IoT cloud.
Reliability and trust
"We looked at the various digital access solutions available on the market," says Yüksel Sirmasac - ROCKETHOME founder and Managing Director. "WILKA not only impressed us with its expertise and product quality," Sirmasac continues. "The entire collaboration was characterized by reliability and trust from the very first conversation." WILKA Managing Director Robert Schlieper is also impressed by ROCKETHOME: "ROCKETHOME was already known to us as an important pioneer in the digitalization of residential and office buildings," says Schlieper. "In addition to their expertise in software intelligence and the IoT cloud, we were particularly impressed by the speed with which our smart access solution was integrated into the platform."
Only a few weeks passed between the first workshops and the integration of the WILKA products into the ROCKETHOME platform. And the first live deployments of the WILKA access solution via "ROCKETHOME Estate" were not long in coming. As a result, ROCKETHOME and WILKA have already successfully implemented many large-scale projects in the residential construction segment within just a few months. Both companies will continue to expand their collaboration in the area of digital access solutions and gradually offer additional cloud functions.
