ROCKETHOME CEO Yüksel Sirmasac supports the board of the SmartHome Initiative Deutschland e.V. and will play an active role in shaping the future of the smart home market.
Berlin, 02.12.2024 - Yüksel Sirmasac, founder and CEO of ROCKETHOME, will support the board of the SmartHome Initiative Deutschland e.V. as an expert in the future. At the recent general meeting, the association presented its new board, which will be supplemented by Sirmasac's expertise in order to set the course for the future of the smart home industry.
I am looking forward to supporting the board of the SmartHome Initiative with my expertise because I am convinced that smart homes are more than just technology. They must make life easier, safer and more sustainable. The newly elected board of the initiative is led by Mike Lange (Head of Smart Building Solutions at Jäger Direkt) as Chairman of the Board. Norman Bartusch takes on the role of Managing Director, while Mike Heider was confirmed as a member of the Board. Günter Martin, founder and Managing Director of CorDev GmbH, is a new member of the Board. Yüksel Sirmasac, founder and CEO of ROCKETHOME, will join the Board in a supporting advisory role.
The SmartHome Initiative Deutschland e.V. is a key player in the promotion of digitalization in the smart home, smart building and IoT sectors. Since 2008, the association has been networking players along the entire value chain - from research and development to industry and specialist trades. The aim is to strengthen cooperation, expand regional networks and educate end customers about smart technologies.
With the support of experts such as Yüksel Sirmasac, this approach will be further intensified in order to drive forward digitalization in buildings across all trades and create innovative solutions for the challenges of the future.
