Rocket launch 2025

Dear business partners,

I hope you have had a good start to the first few weeks of the new year.

In 2025, we are indeed experiencing a high level of dynamic change - in politics, the economy and also in technology.

At university, my economics professor once said to me: the pace of change in the world is increasing so much that he is worried that humanity will not be able to adapt quickly enough to these developments. As a 20-year-old student, I thought to myself at the time: Well, he doesn't understand the developments of the times, and his worries are unfounded - especially when it comes to the internet, globalization and worldwide access to information, technologies and people.

I was certainly very optimistic back then, perhaps even naive. However, the last 20 years have shown that, by and large, we have made good use of the opportunities in our societies and have kept many challenges under control.

One key insight from this time is that we need to understand interrelationships and actively use technology to solve problems. For anyone interested in this, here are two book tips: "The coming Wave" by Mustafa Suleyman 2024 (head of AI at Google/DeepMind) and "The World Is Flat" by Thomas L. Friedman from 2005 (New York Times author).

Today, we see that many people also have fears about the future - and there are definitely reasons for this. But just like back then, we need to tackle the issues head on, understand the context and solve the problems.

This brings us to ROCKETHOME and our contribution - as before, a clear mission:

We want to make our properties more digital, more sustainable and more efficient - so that energy can be saved, less fossil fuels consumed and people can enjoy greater comfort and security. What does that mean in concrete terms?

• For our customers: We help you to sustainably reduce energy costs, achieve your climate targets and future-proof your buildings with smart technology. 
• For our business partners: With our customer platforms, we not only open up new sales channels for your products and services, but also create sustainable revenue models that strengthen your market position in the long term.
• For our investors: We offer you the opportunity to invest in a business model that combines ecological and economic goals. The PropTech and decarbonization market is growing by more than 10-20% (CAGR) annually. 

Here are three current project examples that illustrate what is possible when we combine innovative technologies with shared ideas:

1. PropTech for real estate project development:
   Together with a project development company, we have integrated over 500 charging points, 6 tenant electricity projects, 3 heating solutions and 200 smart building systems into more than 10 projects.
   The effect: These solutions optimized energy consumption, increased property value and enabled properties to be marketed more quickly.
2. Home energy platform for energy supply companies:
   Together with a regional energy supply company, we developed a platform that offers households (commodity customers) and single-family homes (non-commodity customers) networked energy services via a digital experience.
   The effect: The platform strengthened customer loyalty through personalized offers and positioned the company as a digital pioneer.
3. Holistic smart building solutions for the Middle East:
   Together with one of the largest infrastructure providers in the region, we successfully introduced mobility, energy and smart building solutions.
   The effect: The company expanded its market leadership in the real estate industry and opened up new sales potential in forward-looking areas.
