January:
#TEAMROCKET has started the year 2024 with power and new sweaters.
- EVENT: The year got off to an exciting start with E-pilotworld. We hosted the breakout session with the most participants!
- TEAM: New team sweater produced locally with Zohus Rheinmanufaktur
February:
Our #Add-On series was launched on our communication channels!
- EVENT: Our presence at E-World paid off! With over 250 appointments over just three days, we proved how important such events are for exchanging ideas and presenting our home energy solutions.
- PRODUCT: The highlight of the spring was the relaunch of our Home Energy and Smart Home Shop!
March:
One highlight was the completion of the micro-living project for Continuum Immobilien in Austria.
- EVENT: In March, we took part in the Road to Green - the summit for the transformation of existing properties
- TEAM: The real highlight was our 12th place in the pub quiz at the Coellnerbar - a victory that not only proved our team spirit, but also how much curious trivia knowledge we have in our heads!
April:
In spring, we were able to report on the completion of Remseck Riverside, an exciting construction project together with Strenger - energy transition in the residential complex.
- ROCKETINSIDE: In the same month, our CEO Yüksel Sirmasac was elected to the board of the ODH - Open District Hub e.V. - another milestone in our company's history.
- EVENT: The Polis Convention is of course a must, even though it takes place in Düsseldorf.
May:
May was all about enjoyment and togetherness - we toasted together with our wine-loving colleagues at our popular wine festival.
- PRODUCT: The relaunch of our Property Manager was particularly exciting: With optimized presentation and user-friendliness, extended (person management) and central lock management, we are very proud of our developers!
June:
June was our usual busy month. With the Real Estate Arena, the EcoSummit and the BDEW Congress, we were out and about a lot in the country.
- PROJECT: In addition to the events, a highlight of the summer was the launch of the cloud-based access solution together with WILKA.
- TEAM: Our bike tour was also a complete success as we explored the city.
July:
The SILGENTAS research project is a constant companion. The project meeting took place in Cologne in July. In collaboration with other partners, we are working on increasing safety in networked buildings.
- EVENT: Our team was represented at the 32nd C.A.R.M.E.N. e.V. Symposium in Straubing. There we gave a presentation on energy innovations in the neighborhood
August:
In August, our subsidiary Rockethome Climate Solutions GmbH (RCS) celebrated its third birthday.
- RCS: On this occasion, we very much welcomed their membership of the DGNB - German Sustainable Building Council.
- PRODUCT: Offering dynamic tariffs, but how? With our exchange electricity prices , customers can now benefit from more flexible tariffs and transparent pricing.
September:
In September, we #ROCKETS were out and about on the Rhine - our summer party was a complete success!
- EVENT: The "must do" in fall - the REAL PropTech Future Conference.
- PROJECT: Together with our existing customer Ecclesia, we have found a solution for their office buildings with smart thermostats that not only guarantee 25% energy savings, but also 12 tons of CO₂ reduction per year.
October:
The highlight of the year: at EXPO REAL, we showcased our future-proof solutions that make properties up to 40% more energy efficient and can be rented or sold more quickly thanks to their high value retention.
- EVENT: As the main cooperation partner, we were proud to present the ODH's fall forum in Berlin.
November:
In cooperation with Heuer Dialog, we hosted the Future Real Estate conference, where experts from all over Germany discussed topics such as smart building and AI.
- EVENT: ROCKETHOME was also represented at belektro in Berlin - an important trade fair for innovative energy technologies.
- ROCKETINSIDE: Yüksel Sirmasac supports the board of the Smart Home Initiative.
December
We ended the year together. With bowling, good food and great conversations, the ROCKETHOME team can look back on a successful year!
Outlook for 2025:
The year 2024 was full of successes and significant milestones for us. We are proud to have further expanded our digital solutions and strengthened our network. We still have a lot planned for 2025 - stay tuned for upcoming developments, innovations and projects. We have gained great new employees and are ready for the next year!
