Our new AI formula at ROCKETHOME: Agentic AI meets building intelligence
With the integration of Agentic AI, we are taking existing autonomy functions to a whole new level. This new generation of learning systems enables functions that were unthinkable just a few years ago.
Already in use today: First products from our Innovation Labs
The first highly successful applications and tests have already been trialed and approved in our AI Labs. Three Agentic AI modules create added value for our target groups:
- AI support: AI provides immediate and accurate answers to questions about devices, installation and training processes, documentation, or product features—improving the user experience and reducing the burden on support structures.
- Advisor AI: Whether energy efficiency via HEMS, smart heating, PV, charging infrastructure, smart access, or other IoT modules—the system provides tailored advice on optimal use.
- Operator AI: For operators or administrators, AI facilitates management, data analysis, and daily operational control.
The AI modules can be integrated into existing customer applications as a chatbot or, at an additional cost, as an avatar.
We are constantly developing the AI modules in our AI Labs. The next steps will be taken together with selected partners. In research projects, we work with our partners to develop the foundations for the further development of our technologies and modules.
