Integration of property management platform
The hardware provider Alfanar, with over 10,000 employees, is known for its pioneering projects to create energy-efficient real estate and infrastructure in the region. The strategic partnership between ROCKETHOME and Alfanar was officially sealed during a meeting in Dubai in April 2024.
As part of this cooperation, Alfanar is integrating ROCKETHOME's digital property management platform into its real estate projects. Solutions tailored specifically to the needs of the Middle East have been developed, including solutions for digital water monitoring, energy-efficient cooling, electromobility and digital building management.
Integration of Alfanar products
Through ROCKETHOME's Connect program, the partner's hardware and software products were fully integrated into the management platform, apps and analytic dashboards:

- Smart home technologies
After two years of intensive field tests, the product should officially be presented at the MEE. The products are currently already installed in well-known projects.
